Flowerhead. Columbia Valley, WA, Rosé, 2019. Honestly, I struggle with Rosé, y’all. I find them to either be too big or too small. This one is just right. It begins with hints of apricot, lemon zest and honeysuckle. And just when you think it’s about to ghost on you it finishes with notes of brine and sea air (oysters are in order).
